BIKRAM BEGINNERS YOGA SERIES
90 minutes (105°/40%)
A system of yoga that Bikram Choudhury synthesized from traditional hatha yoga techniques and popularized beginning in the early 1970s. Classes run exactly 90 minutes and consist of a set series of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises, and is ideally practiced in a room heated to 105°F (≈ 40.6°C) with a humidity of 40%.
Practicing the twenty-six postures you will systematically move fresh, oxygenated blood to one hundred percent of your body, to each organ and fiber, helping to restore all systems to healthy working order, just as nature intended. Proper weight, muscle tone, vibrant good health, and a sense of well being will automatically follow.
Individual weight loss results will vary depending on frequency of your practice and your calorie intake.
Silent Bikram Hot Yoga
90 minutes (105°/40%)
Not recommended for Beginners
The traditional Hot Bikram class is done in either silence with limited verbal commands or set to music and is only suitable for students who have a regular Bikram practice and know the series fairly well. It’s a nice meditative practice allowing you to practice a more intense mindfulness of your personal practice.
60 minute (105°/40%)
A 60 minute Bikram-based format yoga class, performed in a room heated to 105F (40.6C) with a humidity of 40%. This class was designed for those who love the traditional style Bikram class but are short on time.
It’s a full heat class, which includes Two Sets of: Half Moon Pose with Hands to Feet Pose, Standing Head to Knee, Standing Bow, Triangle, Cobra, Locust, Full Locust, and Bow Pose. The remaining postures will have only one set.
60 minutes (90°/30%)
For people that like the benefits of the Bikram series but can’t handle the heat.
is a 60 minute Bikram-based format yoga class performed in a room just warm enough (90°) to keep muscles supple, flexible and ready to safely stretch. This class takes place in our “Moon Room” and was designed for those who are not comfortable in the traditional style Bikram class which is done in the “Sun” Room (105°). If heat is a challenge for you, this is a perfect class to begin a yoga practice.
Utilizes long-held relaxed floor postures to stretch and stimulate the “Yin” or deep connective tissues of the body. This gentle practice will increase flexibility in hips, lower back and shoulders and is a wonderful complement to other yoga practices.
Vinyasa; movement with breath Class begins with Sun salutations varied with standing postures building internal heat, full body strength and flexibility. Breathing into and exiting from each posture is key to this fluid constantly moving class. Floor postures will conclude this class. Appropriate for all levels.
TRAPEZE YOGA - LEVEL 1

WARM YOGA SCULPT
Yoga Sculpt incorporates hand weights and high intensity cardio bursts for a maximum calorie burning effect! The hand weights add challenge to traditional yoga postures. Yoga sculpt incorporates cardio exercises to elevate heart rate and increase blood flow. Core, arm and leg toning yoga postures are set to lively music! This class is held in the “Moon Room” at 90 degrees and is very similar to the Core Power yoga sculpt classes.

Chair Yoga (Room Temp)

Chair Yoga adapts traditional yoga poses so that they can be done with a chair for support, making yoga more accessible for people who cannot stand for long periods.
When you picture people practicing yoga, do you imagine impossibly supple, young people bent into all sorts of shapes no human should be able to get themselves into?
If so, then you’d be surprised to hear that yoga can be incredibly beneficial for people with mobility issues, including elderly people and those with disabilities.
Ideal for Seniors, those recovering from surgeries post physical therapy and obesity.
INTRO TO TRAPEZE YOGA
This class is for ‘First timers’
If you’ve never been in one of our trapezes, or you’ve never been inverted (upside down) this class will show you how to slowly and safely go upside down for the first time. You’ll enjoy instant inversion therapy – Hip Openers, gentle Yoga Back Bends – Core & Upper Body Strengthening. Let gravity work for you in the upside down spine lengthening holds which help eliminate back pains.

BEGINNER'S EASY YOGA
(Starts April 5th, 2017)
Brand new to yoga or never tried it before? This room temperature class will introduce you to gentle yoga postures and get familiar with the basics. Talk to your teacher before class to explain your goals or any physical limitations so that they can help you modify postures. Please bring your mat and water and be prepared to stretch and tone.
WARM POWER VINYASA
This Power Yoga class is done in a warm room (90 degrees) to get you into a fat burning mode quickly. Cultivate both strength and endurance, not only in your body but also your mind, as you work through different vinyasa sequences. First, you’ll be set up into each posture with proper alignment, then flow breath to movement as you grow deeper in every pose. Practiced alongside energizing music, be ready to sweat, tone, and grow in this challenging, yet accessible to all levels, vinyasa practice.
